We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any individual who appears intoxicated, cannot provide acceptable proof of legal drinking age, behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner, or when service would otherwise be inappropriate or unlawful.


5. Event Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
Individual events may be subject to additional booking terms, including deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, rescheduling provisions, minimum service requirements, travel charges, overtime fees, and other event-specific conditions.
Those terms will be provided as part of the client's proposal, invoice, booking agreement, or service contract and will govern the individual event.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including guest count, event location, event duration, venue requirements, and other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, permits, or venue authorizations required for their event unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
